Ethiopia Organic Coffee

Etihopia, the origin of the coffee we know and love. This was the first place in the world coffee grew wild. Discovered by accident by herders like Kaldi.

Kaldi, noticing that when his goats were nibbling on the bright red berries of a certain bush, they became more energetic (jumping goats), chewed on the fruit himself. Feeling the exhilaration led him to share his discovery and roast into developing the beverage we have today.

Ethiopian coffees tend to have a very unique citrus and fruity flavour. Notes of blueberry and açai berry can be very pronounced. A medium level roast really showcases the bright lively flavours.

Ethiopian coffee really stands out from the crowd.
